Some previous call center experience or office experience where you helped people over the phone.
This is a seasonal position that will expire April 30th.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Requirements
-Candidates must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Available Mon – Fri | Full time 40 hours per week.
- Must work from our office! (Reliable transportation is important)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming support calls
- Work out of our customer data base, log calls, schedule appointments on our calendars, set reminders, etc.
follow up with our locations and staff.
