We are looking for a service advisor assistant to join our team.
Must have excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
You must have a solid understanding of vehicles and be comfortable working with computers and various cloud-based software.
We are a busy European auto repair shop.
We are a hard-working fast-paced team that is looking for someone that is honest, positive, dedicated, well groomed, has great customer service.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, this is a multiple role position.
Essential duties;
- Building estimates with collaboration with technicians and around customer concerns and vehicle needs while using our shop management software.
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
- Obtains customer and vehicle information upon arrival
- Vehicles test-driving
- You will be collaborating directly under service advisors
Must be a people person and have a good customer service background.
Service advisor or automotive customer service experience is preferred.
Bonus if you have European automotive background experience or knowledge, or if you are a car enthusiast!
We are offering 5-day work week - closed on weekends.
Monday – Friday - 8am – 6pm
Closed and paid major holidays.

Weekly salary pay based on experience & end of the year bonus
This is a long-term position that will become a full-time service advisor.
