Property Management Team looking for an Admin/Customer service representative to perform the following duties:
- Answer phones
- Coordinate with tenants/landlords/vendors on service requests
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills
- PROFICIENT in emails and phones
- Multi tasking and organization skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Hours: MON-FRI 9am-3pm
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr.
Paid time off and all major (observed) holidays
No medical benefits
Must have proof to work in US and reliable form of transportation.
