Job Description:
The essential functions of the plumbing service manager are to prioritize, direct, supervise and train all field plumbing and drain cleaning technicians.
Focus on Customer Service and delivery of products/service. Educate and assist field technicians with regard to educating customers in choosing service, finance options and handling customer relations.
You should display a strong Positive minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills. You should also have the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third party vendors.
Job Duties:
Delegating and directing service task, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the teams objectives and goals ae met.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat customers.
Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
Maintaining string relationships with Manufacturers, Dealers, and Sales representatives.
Helping in training new employees in Company procedures.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools and process.
Responsible for meeting revenue and gross profit goals while assuring the work is completed on time to the customers satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience Managing.
Higher Level knowledge of plumbing codes and ability to make on the job decisions. Strong creative thinking and problem solving.
Strong industry knowledge in Service, T.I and Gas plumbing
High integrity and strong values in providing ethical and exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
High motived, self started who is flexible and has a great attitude and can maintain positive working relationships.
