Apartment Complex seeking Leasing Manager with minimum 3 year experience in sales and customer service. Experience in leasing is a plus
Be the first point of contact with prospective residents and current residents
Drive the lease closing process by highlighting the quality of the community and the amenities available at the property to prospective residents.
Determine the customers needs, resolve and/or escalate to a higher level as permitted.
Customer Service friendly personality
Meet sales goals
Manage various tasks such as lease files, maintaining updated necessary paperwork and computer systems.
Knowledge in using Yardi Breeze: willing to train
Complete marketing / advertising as well as updating social media sites
Professional verbal and written communication skills required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid drivers license may be required.
