Billing & Payroll Administrator
Job Description: Assist the Controller with the billing and payroll processes in the construction industry. This includes but is not limited to, generating, and delivering invoices, processing payments, documenting and tracking payment information, and monitoring billing cycles. The position will assist with processing weekly payroll by verifying timecards and all hours are entered correctly and in a timely manner, maintaining payroll records, and answering payroll questions from employees.
Qualifications:
1+ years of billing experience (construction industry preferred)
1+ years of payroll experience (construction industry preferred)
Working with payroll processing software (Sage preferred)

Microsoft Office & Outlook basic knowledge
Entry level math, bookkeeping, and accounting skills
Organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
Maintain confidentiality within the company and between employees.
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
Ability to work independently as well as directly with the Controller.
Strong communication skills, in person, phone, and email
Knowledge of basic payroll laws, taxes, withholdings, etc.
High level of integrity
Pride in quality of work.
Familiar with Nevada lien practices
