Description Robert Half is working with a company seeking an Audit Clerk to join our team in Las Vegas, NV on a contract to hire basis. The Audit Clerk will work in a fast paced environment where critical thinking skills and a high level of accuracy are necessary to be successful. This is a contract opportunity that has the potential of peramenent employment. Gaming industry expeirence is preferred, but not required. As an Audit Clerk, you'll play a pivotal role in executing daily audit requirements, ensuring compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Gaming Control Board (GCB) standards. Key responsibilities include verifying revenue data across multiple properties, reconciling exceptions, and proactively identifying instances of noncompliance.Audit Clerk Responsibilities:

Execute daily audit requirements in compliance with MICS and GCB standards.

Verify accuracy and consistency of revenue data across multiple properties.

Perform miscellaneous audit procedures and tie out numbers on reports.

Review reports, logs, and supporting documentation from each audit area.

Prepare, maintain, and provide evidence of audit procedure performance.

Reconcile exceptions noted during audits and conduct corresponding follow-ups and investigations.

Prepare various spreadsheets and verify balances to computerized systems.

Create and upload journal entries.

Proactively identify, document, and communicate instances of noncompliance.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

If you have fast & accurate data entry / 10-key skills, intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills and have worked with large data sets, you are encouraged to apply. All Audit Clerks will work a 4–10-hour shifts, including weekends. Requirements Prior experience in the gaming industry is not required, but the ideal candidate must be reliable, timely and able to work 10-hour shifts inclusive of weekends.Capable & willing to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration (i.e. Gaming Card).
