Responsible for managing all crisis calls

Responsible for Crisis calls that may arise due to team outreach

Clinical consultant for SMA clinics that require services for urgent member needs

Providing monthly presentations on a behavioral health topic such as stress management, depression, anxiety, grief, and/or any topic that is requested by the SMA Providers and staff. This will occur during daily huddle meetings or monthly staff meetings

Responsible for attending and presenting the SMA New Hire Provider Orientation every other week

One-on-one consults with SMA Providers and staff during a crisis walk-in or scheduled appointment with a member who has our Commercial line of business. (clinics that are not covered with an embedded BIC)

Attend meetings as needed

Assisting the BIC team with referrals (Network referrals and SMA tasks). Making outreach calls to members that require scheduling appointments for talk-therapy and medication management

Ability to work with medical Doctors, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and staff

Candidate must be available to work Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and to travel up 10% of the time throughout the Las Vegas, NV area. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:

Master’s level Nevada unrestricted clinical license in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Counseling (LCSW, LMFT or CPC)

2+ years of behavioral health experience

1+ year of experience working in a Managed Care Organization

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in giving presentations on behavioral health topics

Behavioral health crisis work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent Spanish Speaker

Case management experience
