As an Associate II, we are looking for Accounting Professionals who have a degree in accounting, a diverse background working with both ERP systems and industries. The ideal Associate II will have 6+ years of experience, and at least 3 years of experience preparing consolidated financial statements, US GAAP experience, oversight of AP, AR, and Payroll teams, and month-end close. The Associate II must be hands on and you may be required to handle operational accounting functions, not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Responsibilities: Oversee the accounting functions across multiple companies. Manage cash flow and perform daily cash management tasks. Prepare weekly management reports using Microsoft Excel. Approve ACH transactions. Provide management reports to the CFO including balance sheet, Income Statement and other financial reports requested by senior leadership. Supervise a small team handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll. Utilize Sage 100 for various accounting tasks. Conduct monthly close procedures, including adjusting and monthly journal entries. Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet and credit card reconciliation. Prepare and consolidate financial statements. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the accounting sector Bachelor's degree in accounting is required Prior experience as a consultant is highly preferred Diverse ERP system experience (Oracle, Sage, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Diverse industry experience to include Gaming, Hospitality, Manufacturing & ConstructionRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
