Looking for a reliable person who can perform simple tasks to verify work has been done on a property. I will pay you to perform each job.
1. Go to property and Verify the specified area is flat. Not on a hill or incline.
If area specified is not "Flat" enough to place a Park Model Home You will need to ascertain the best possible location for placement by providing GPS COORDINATES (Can rely on google). The Park model placement shall be well away from any easements, roads. The land is approximately 5 acres so this should be no problem.
2. In combination with the above I like 3 locations at least 100 ft. From the Park Model placement. Presumably in 3 different directions.
3. Verifying, and locating each of the Properties Boundary stakes by photographing (can be done using smart phone)
This is a part time gig. That between now and December I am seeking to get done. Depending upon the speed of everything this job may include other proxy type work.
This is not a labor involved job. Mostly walking, taking pictures and the ability to use a hundred foot measuring tape.
This is one job each task will be paid separately. If you perform more than one at a time, I will pay each separately by the hour.
