Customer Service Representative, Industrial Store

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Customer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useSell welding and safety products and services to customerProcess customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computerResearch products needed for customer special applicationsFollow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situationKeep sales literature current and organizedPerform other tasks as assigned or necessaryKeep accurate cash till and run daily cash reportsAnswer customer calls and transfer customers if they need service from someone elseStock shelves when neededCommunicate with Purchasing Department regarding any special order needsIssue product sales quotes to customersLoad products into customer vehicleAdhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rulesPerform other tasks as assigned or needed
