We are an established, employee friendly property management company seeking a full-time maintenance tech for a 100 unit apartment community. Onsite housing is included in the compensation package and is REQUIRED for this position. The ideal candidate would possess the following:
-Self-motivated

-Detail oriented
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to follow directions and work as a team
-Apartment community maintenance experience preferred but not required
For the right person, no experience is necessary and we will train you in all things apartment maintenance. This is a good opportunity to learn new skills and start a new career.
