Administrative Assistant needed for busy office housing multiple companies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organizing, planning and multi-tasking various projects
Maintain organization with an understanding of priorities and ever changing demands
Information gathering and information monitoring
Answering phones in a professional manner at all times
Greet and attend to visitors
Manage the office's health, safety and security
Manage the office environment and overseeing general maintenance of the office
Maintain paper and online records and defining procedures for their retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
Maintaining office equipment by assisting with procurement and routing maintenance and upkeep.
Managing the inventory of office supplies, ordering additional supplies as needed, and ensuring that costs are appropriately managed
New employee workspace set up including IT and phone needs
Responsible for scheduling meetings
Update spreadsheets as needed
Arranging Employee and Social Events
Operate office equipment
Provide executive and administrative support to Company President
Handle the President's personal and professional tasks
Handle urgent tasks and prioritize
Make travel arrangements
Compose correspondence
Conduct research
Perform other duties as specified and needed
