Full time position available on scenic 240-acre ranch just outside Kalispell, Montana with 50 head of mother cows. This is a live-in position; the house is provided. The house is a 1200 sq ft, 2 bdrm & 1 bath house with wood heat including a 2 car garage. The requirements of the job are as follows. Must have skills and experience in all aspects of cattle, grounds upkeep, fencing, irrigation, cultivation of alfalfa and hay. During the winter there is a heated shop for repairs and upkeep. There are other necessary responsibilities that fill in the time. The ranch sits alongside the Flathead River and is close to town while still feeling very isolated. Medical insurance is provided.
