Our bartenders are at the center of what we do. BEER! Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
You've got a positive attitude and outlook
Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with the help of a great team
The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and quickly.
Comfortable resolving guest issues that leave the guest leaving with a win
Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
What you'll be doing:
Assist in the opening and closing of our bars.
Stocking of needed products such as glassware, silverware, ice, to-go items, etc.
The making of our cocktails, syrups, and batched beverages for the bar.
Work with fellow FlyteCo team members to bring food and beverages to all our guests
Cleaning, “bussing” and resetting of all tables and areas as needed.
Practice “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out”
Complete daily and weekly cleaning and side work projects.
Assist the fellow FlyteCo team members where needed and able.
Constant knowledge development of FlyteCo beers and hand-crafted cocktails, as well as our spirits and wine selections.
Cash management and guest payment processing.
Be an ambassador for the FlyteCo brand and experience.
2+years of craft cocktail experience required.
