M & T Transport LLC is looking for experienced(at least 5 years continuous) owner operators. Trucks must be 2020 or newer and able to haul at least 43000 pounds in a reefer. We offer home time every weekend. M & T Transport has dedicated refrigerated beef loads out of Grand Island, NE and Omaha. Pay is every Friday. We offer the best percentage in the country for reefer, 80/20 split with no other fees besides plates. M & T Transport is one of the only companies in the country where you know what your paycheck will be every week, no guessing what random fees will be taken out of your check. We pay 100% percent detention and layover to the driver. We are a small family like company and never treat a driver like a number!
