We are currently seeking a Plant Watering Specialist to join our team. As a Plant Watering Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plants in our clients' landscapes are properly watered and maintained. This is a solo position, allowing you to work independently and at your own pace. Additionally, there may be opportunities to assist with deliveries to job sites.
Responsibilities:
-Watering plants in accordance with established schedules and guidelines
-Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues to the supervisor
-Adjusting watering levels based on seasonal changes and specific plant requirements
-Assisting with general landscape maintenance tasks, such as pruning and weeding, as needed
-Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area
-Occasionally assisting with deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of materials and equipment
Requirements:
-Previous experience in plant care or landscaping is preferred but not required
-Basic knowledge of plant watering techniques and plant care practices
-Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
-Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
-Good communication skills to report plant health concerns to the supervisor
-Valid driver's license (if delivering materials) with a clean driving record
-Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
