Job Description:
- Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs when possible or coordinate with other experts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks to ensure a safe environment for our residents.
- Help develop and execute proactive maintenance plans.
- Help ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Friendly.
- Dependable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Even better if have experience or skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, renovations, remodeling.
- Can physically do the required work needed.
