Duties and Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test security systems (safes, vaults, alarms, locks).
Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on security equipment.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in safes, vaults, and other related systems.
Provide on-site customer support, guidance, and security recommendations.
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate service records.
Respond to emergency service calls and after-hours support requests.
Travel to customer locations and adapt to varying work environments.
