Midwest Global Solutions LLC is looking to fill a Technical Project Manager position in Omaha, NE (may telecommute part of time from home residence in the Omaha, NE MSA). Job duties include: Establish a strategic relationship with appropriate level key stakeholders, business influencers and IT team. Review technical needs, establish expectations, and gain consensus on business requirements, project funding and resource needs. Analyze organization’s information technology needs and assess viable upgrades and changes while working to reduce IT project risks by managing resources effectively to facilitate team collaboration, gain buy-in, meet timelines and build trust and better relationships with stakeholders and communities. Lead stakeholder internal and external business IT usage planning and strategy meetings. Serve as a trusted adviser and single point of contact for business stakeholders for all requirements and communications to IT. Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders. Develop ISMS policies for internal IT operations to drive attainment of SLAs and OLAs. Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements. Manage and support delivery of In-house software and hardware operations and IT projects. Enable process efficiency of IT operations.
Position requires a bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent accepted) in computer information systems, information technology, or a related field (will accept three (3) or four (4) year degree or an educational equivalency evaluation prepared by a qualified evaluation service or in accordance with 8 CFR 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(D)) and 3 years’ experience as an IT project manager. Must possess Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
