We assist county officials in setting relevant property values and meeting state requirements.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Data Lister for mass appraisals located in Counties throughout Nebraska. As a Data Lister, you will be responsible for listing data relating to real estate properties. Your day-to-day tasks include traveling to and from counties we work with, updating property record cards, gathering data from internal and external sources, making on-site visits, inspecting properties, interviewing property owners, and examining various factors that impact a property’s value. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is a physical role that requires measuring buildings and sighting any new structures on a property.
No previous experience is required, training will be provided.
This position requires weekly travel away from home within the state of Nebraska. (A normal week requires you to be away from home 4 nights a week)
Mileage, food, and hotel will be reimbursed monthly.
