We are a growing company in located in Omaha, NE. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Sage ACT! Premium, as well as excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. This includes managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. You will also be responsible for managing our company's financial records using QuickBooks, creating reports, and assisting with budget planning. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining our customer database using Sage ACT! Premium and providing excellent customer service through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

- Create and maintain financial records using QuickBooks

- Generate reports and assist with budget planning

- Manage customer database using Sage ACT! Premium

- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

- Train and supervise administrative staff

- Handle any other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role

- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Sage ACT! Premium preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in financial records

- Experience in budget planning and report generation

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Part time to possible full time
