I have started a small residential cleaning business and currently run this small gig while also working on the cleaning crew. I have had some people helping but lately they haven’t been reliable. I think the time has come to find other help.
It’s only part time because I’m just establishing myself and my small business. If need be I can pick you up and take you home. The only thing I will require of you is to dress professionally (jeans only, solid color shirt preferably black or medium light blue). Tattoos are okay as long as they are not suggestive to gangs or violence or anything else overly offensive. A lot of my clients are older and they don’t approve of that stuff. I expect you to act professionally obviously.
And above all I expect you to be a master cleaner. Meaning border line OCD. I expect you to clean these homes like you would your own but add another level to that. I want the nice finish home to be something that you yourself would pay for. How can you expect someone to pay for services that you yourself would not? I want you to actually care about making these customers happy and be satisfied with their homes when we are done.
A lot of my customers are older with health issues or just don’t have the time. I clean for them so they can rest and heal or so they can spend what free time they do manage to have with their families and live more full filling lives. Every job 100% matters to me and IS my livelihood and my namesake. I must have a crew who understands this and can act likewise.
I’m just establishing myself so for now it would be like gig work- cash at the end of the day or through Venmo or cash app. Obviously since it’s just cash there won’t be benefits. And hopefully it can grow into a full time job if I approve of your cleaning skills.
