Hardscape duties include, but not limited to:
Retaining walls
Paver patios
Water/fire features
Outdoor kitchens
Lighting
Foreman:
Must have at least 2 years experience running crews.
Experience with skid loaders/excavators.
Ability to read/layout designs.
Clean driving record.
Ability to lead a crew of 2-3 people.
Able to complete jobs in a safe and timely manner with budgets in mind.
ICPI/NCMA certified a plus but not mandatory.
Laborers:
Must have reliable transportation.
Desire to learn the trade.
Able to take direction from crew leader.
Able to lift up to 75lbs
