The right technician will be professional, flexible and have a positive attitude! Working hours would start at 6am, so any repairs can be done before our guests are in the building. Title of Position: Restaurant Maintenance Technician
Job Description: The Restaurant Maintenance Technician will maintain and repair physical structures and equipment in 5 locations as needed, bid out contractors for regular maintenance contracts or needed repairs. The Restaurant Maintenance Technician will be required to do some light plumbing and carpentry and assess all repair needs for the store.
The Restaurant Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing maintenance requests in a timely manner while maintaining a professional working relationship with operations and ensuring work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The Restaurant Maintenance Technician will also need to have keen attention to detail, honesty, adaptability, dependability, and a willingness to do hands-on work. This position will involve working with equipment with occasional office work and some travel to other stores is required.

Qualifications:
The Restaurant Maintenance Technician must possess a High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA regulations is a must for the Restaurant Maintenance Technician.
The Restaurant Maintenance Technician is required to have 1 to 2 years of experience in building maintenance or light construction experience to include carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical operations
The Restaurant Maintenance Technician Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proof of valid auto insurance.
