We are a vegan restaurant specializing in from-scratch comfort foods. We have received numerous accolades, from Restaurant Of The Year 2015 (VegNews), Best New Restaurant 2014 (Omaha World Herald) and Best Restaurant in Nebraska (Business Insider). We've recently expanded to a larger space and we're looking for prep cooks and line cooks to continue growing with us.
What we are looking for:
Excellent knife skills
A few years experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen
Ability to self-manage
A positive attitude towards vegetable cooking
Basically, we need you to bang out your work like there's nothing to it. We are looking for someone who's willing to start as part-time with plenty of room to grow. Schedule can be flexible. The right candidate will get a quick raise if the job is done well.
