We're hiring a housekeeper for our home in Elkhorn, NE. We're a busy family with 3 kids and pets. The housekeeper will have the following duties:
1. Cleaning house
2. Laundry
3. Dishes
4. Projects as needed (e.g. take down/pack Christmas tree)
5. Changing Bed Linens
6. Cleaning an AirBNB House in Gretna
7. Light yardwork (Mowing, raking)
8. Maintenance on Pool and Hot tub
9. Helping with small parties (e.g. setup/serving/cleanup)
10. Purchasing Groceries/Items
11. Changing lightbulbs/batteries
12. Possible housesitting/petsitting
The candidate need not be skilled in everything above. The first 6 are required.

PS - someone said it's hard to do all of the above in 24 hours in a week. Not all of the work will be done every week. The things done 2-3 times per week are cleaning the house (Vacuuming, surfaces, dishes, etc). Other things happen as needed/scheduled/as agreed.
