Looking for a self-motivated individual to prepare food, maintain a clean kitchen, and ensure food safety. Standard bar/grill food menu.
Duties would include but not limited to food preparation, kitchen maintenance, ensure food is handled safely and hygienically, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces and take out trash. Inspect and maintain kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of cooking and kitchen equipment, ability to present food attractively, good communication and leadership skills.
