Fiserv is looking for an industry expert to lead a sales team in achieving aggressive growth goals in our Output Solutions – Print and Plastic product groups. As the VP of sales, you will be accountable for the development and implementation of sales and client relationship strategies, driving the growth and expansion of our print and plastics products. Leveraging your extensive industry experience, you will engage with clients, develop innovative sales strategies, and lead a high-performance team. You will act as a dynamic leader who understands the complexities of the financial technology landscape and ensures Fiserv remains at the forefront of our industry.What you will do:

Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts, ensuring the team meets aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, staying ahead of industry developments and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Build sales quotas and targets that align to the product and enterprise team objectives to deliver impact and recurring revenues.

Identify and evaluate client needs to collaborate across the organization in developing innovative solutions that deliver a positive client experience and support profitable revenue growth goals. This includes strong partnerships with our Vertical Sales Leaders, Solution Consultants, and Product, Legal, and Operational teams.

Mentor, develop, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and career development.

Identify and influence opportunities for operational effectiveness and improving the client experience through all phases of the sales process.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and military service.

12+ years of experience in sales within the print, plastics, payments, or financial services technology industry.

12+ years of experience leading sales or relationship management teams, with emphasis on P&L management, sales management, and relationship management.

Experience managing a high performing team and managing quotas >$200M in annualized revenue.

Experience in presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership.

Ability to travel up to 60%.

What would be great to have:

Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in a relevant field.

An in-depth knowledge of banking business and operations.

Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Proven ability to navigate compliance and industry regulations within the Print and Plastic sectors.

Knowledge of data processing contracts and legal impact of contracts.

Experience building, maintaining and leveraging relationships effectively in a matrix environment.
