If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleSenior Training SpecialistWhat does a successful Senior Training Specialist do at Fiserv?The Partner Solutions Learning Organization at Fiserv develops, commercializes, and delivers training programs to external partners and internal associates. As a Senior Training Specialist, you will provide instruction on Fiserv tools, protocols, and procedures through tailored curriculums, live and recorded sessions, and creating concise collateral. You will collaborate with peers and partners to identify knowledge gaps and enhance the quality of resources.Additionally, you will work directly with our partners to increase Fiserv solution awareness and share best practices. This role is crucial for the success of our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partners, Full-Service Provider (FSP) Partners, Payment Facilitators (PFAC), and internal sales, service, and implementation teams. You will also work with other training specialists, internal peers, and subject matter experts to meet the highest standards in client education.What you will do:

Partner with your team, product owners, sales, and operational teams to support overall client education and training needs.

Work with shared-services teams across the organization to deliver enhanced training and educational resources.

Serve as a champion for client needs, promoting a client-focused culture and ensuring their voices are heard.

Solicit feedback from Client Service Advisors (CSAs) to create professional development and learning initiatives that support the growth and skill enhancement of Fiserv associates.

Collaborate cross-channel and departmentally, including with product managers, to gather information and insights to create training programs and content.

Develop and execute strategies for product commercialization, including creating materials and resources to support the successful launch and adoption of new products.

Train and communicate a wide range of topics, including Fiserv procedures, protocols, tools, operational areas (e.g., settlement, disputes), and industry trends.

Engage in continuous learning opportunities, e-learning tools, and technologies to further develop skills and knowledge, and adapt to varying scheduling needs and diverse training topics.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree and or equivalent military experience.

5+ years of experience in a client-facing relationship role.

2+ years of experience delivering training sessions to various audiences.

Experience working with multiple clients to understand their needs.

Strong industry knowledge.

Travel 30% of time.

What would be great to have:

Knowledge of Fiserv processes, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to Omaha and North Platforms, boarding and account maintenance, Clover hardware, AccessOne navigation & functionality, Merchant Manager & 3270, FDPOS Management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Passion for learning and teaching.
