Answers calls for security services for all CHI Health hospitals, clinics and support buildings in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area.
Monitors alarms and activates a response for all CHI Health hospitals and some clinics and support buildings in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area.
Operates audio/visual monitoring systems and access control systems, then dispatches officers accordingly.
Performs timely communication with all members of the security, nursing leadership to assist with successful and efficient decision making within the organization. Keeps Security leaders informed of relevant events.
Responsible for all spects of the Security department communications, including alarms, pages and requests for assistance.
Assumes responsibility for person and professional growth through participation in department meetings, in-service programs and continuing education.QualificationsRequired Qualifications
High School or Equivalent.
BLS is required within nine months of hire, PPCT and CPI are required within six months of hire.
Current driver’s license, computer skills, writing ability.
