This role focusedon scaling the organization and practices and delivering best-in-class automation with repeatability andscalability. Must be able to provide high quality at a competitive velocity, driving both waterfall and agilemethodologies across multiple teams.Working in partnership with application development, you will establish operational testing technologybest practices, processes and tools to effectively and efficiently design and architect test automationframeworks with a fit for purpose in mind.Must drive, manage and lead through:Design & build test harnesses for Automation TestingDesign/Architect test automation framework and develop test automation librariesDevelop Automated Regression PackDesign & execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scripts usingAutomate the Test Data Management using Automation toolsMust be able to multi-task several automation initiatives across the businessBe a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge into the teamUtilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality AssuranceTest Environment set-up/management, monitoring and streamline release managementParticipate in Design and Architecture Meeting.Build and configure new interfaces to support testing activitiesExperience:Degree in CS, Engineering or other technical/analytical degree, preferred.7+ years of related technical and business leadership experience with technical discipline5-7+ years of management in leading large teams using various SDLC methodologies, i.e.,Agile/WaterfallToscaOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) including theability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audienceStrong organizational skillsStrong experience in financial services payments industryStrong experience in development of CI/CD or DevOps Testing ModelsAbility to contribute and direct at all levels of testing including unit, functional, automation,performance and scalability testing; be able to step in and provide leadership in test design andimplementationExperience in a micro/macro-service architecture environment a plus
