Description:
Complete insurance related interviews and applications via telephone
Interviews will include gathering medical, financial, and occupational and vocational histories
Review and edit information collected during the inerview for quality assurance pruposes
Make and receive telephone calls, logging call attempts, document information within orfers as necessary, recording call results
Skills:
Call center, Customer service, insurance license, Insurance, Survey, Service, Service-oriented, life insurance, licensed agent
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to read and follow SOPs
Accurately document all client information in the correct systems
Strong computer skills, MS office skills
Detail oriented
Must be able to work Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm
