Land Surveyor

Research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys and draft and review legal descriptions.Travel to various jobsites to obtain necessary survey data and jobsite information.Gather field survey data to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, and contours, etc.Manage land surveying projects to meet schedules and budgets.Coordinate with project managers/clients on project progress.Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D to prepare plats, maps, record drawings, and other legal survey documents.
