Information Technology Support Specialist

We are thrilled to announce a new opening for an Information Technology Support Specialist! In this role, you will oversee and maintain the company’s computer systems, ensuring reliable performance and security. You will also serve as the go-to expert for all Radius (EPS) applications and software. This role requires firsthand skills in SAP Crystal Reports, fourth-generation programming, and SQL programming to help us run smarter and more efficiently.THE ROLESYSTEM OVERSIGHT: Create, maintain, and expand SAP Crystal Reports and SQL Reports. Develop custom reports to assist department managers to aid in decision-making. Evaluate and implement scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades. Assist with software updates, improvements, and system changes. Work with EPS (Radius) Support to resolve technical issues. Support and maintain the company’s financial software. IT SUPPORT: Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshooting issues in a team-oriented environment.  Manage IT-related projects on schedule. Coordinate with outside vendors for software and hardware installations/upgrades.IT EDUCATION: Train employees in system functionality and new tools to improve productivity. Expand company-wide use of the system to maximize efficiency.
