Our expert team delivers win-win results through environmental engineering, planning, and permitting, while fostering a teamwork-driven environment where professionals thrive. As an Associate Project Manager , you'll support dynamic projects, overseeing deliverables for small-to-mid-sized initiatives. Your role in the full project life cycle will be essential to ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, leading to successful, high-quality solutions that meet engineering and design needs.Responsibilities:

Assemble project teams, assigning individual responsibilities to ensure technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives.

Serve as the primary liaison, communicating project scope, schedule, and budget with the project team, client, and contractors.

Mentor and guide less experienced staff, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.

Develop project budgets, review costs, and track adherence to planned budget.

Organize and conduct routine project meetings, ensuring alignment on expectations and performance.

Ensure RCRA compliance across all generator classes, including contingency plans, waste characterization, and hazardous waste shipment coordination.

Act as a liaison during state and EPA inspections, implementing corrective measures as needed.

Conduct multi-media environmental audits.

Lead Phase I ESA development and completion.

Oversee wastewater permitting and stormwater plan development with routine compliance.

Maintain field lab accreditation, ensuring ongoing compliance with program requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in a related area preferred.

A minimum of eight years of project experience within an applicable field or discipline with increasing responsibility.
