Our full-service network provides a variety of Primary Care & Priority Care Services, including Family, Internal, Geriatric, and Pediatric Medicine, in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients.Responsibilities

Organizes Employee Health services by scheduling and preparing for pre-placement health screenings, annual requirements and appointments

Supports Employee Health customer needs in person, by phone, and electronically, recognizes concerns of staff, and attempts to resolve or elevates issues for assistance

Maintains Employee Health records, prepares files, completes data entry, and runs reports

Maintains confidentiality of records and protects employee privacy

Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent

General office skills, computer experience including but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, web-based applications, e-mail, Internet, fax machine, copy machine and various audio visual equipment.

Professional communication skills exhibiting pleasant demeanor and clear speaking voice and ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations at front desk and over phone.

Pay Range$15.00 - $20.33 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
