Job Title: Certified Payroll CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Certified Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate reports, reconcile and troubleshoot certified payroll reporting errors, and manage data entry via various software applications. You will develop and maintain a network with all levels of company management and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external departments.Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate reports to meet team needs.

Reconcile and troubleshoot certified payroll reporting errors.

Generate, format, and analyze reports from SAP, Service Now, and other software applications.

Enter data manually or via upload to various software applications such as LCPtracker.

Develop and maintain a network with all levels of company management.

Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external departments.

Work with subcontractors to set up and maintain weekly submissions.

Use SAP to pull information, report, and maintain company craft hours to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Monitor and contact subcontractors to ensure compliance with submission regulations.

Communicate via email with field personnel to provide customer service.

Pull payroll weekly for projects and export information through SAP.

Handle weekly assignments, managing multiple projects per week.

Essential Skills

1+ year of experience in a professional role (banking, HR, accounting, payroll, or any office-related field).

Strong communication skills.

Tech-savvy.

Reliable and self-motivated.

Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to have tough conversations about compliance.

High school diploma required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prevailing wage experience.

Experience with certified payroll submission.

Work EnvironmentYou will work an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm with a hybrid schedule available after 90 days. Benefits coverage starts from day one of employment. Employees are eligible to accrue 20 days of Paid Time Off in the first year and 8 paid holidays. Our employees pay less than 10% of the cost of benefits with participation in our Wellness Program. We contribute up to 10% of your salary into your 401K for retirement and spend an average of $80M on training and developing our people each year.
