Cable Puller | Weekly Pay | Overtime | $21-28hr | Benefits IncludedJob DescriptionAs a Cable Puller, you will be responsible for pulling fiber and CAT6 cable in a central utility plant. The ability to perform terminations is a plus, though not required. This role requires you to be trainable and able to learn and retain new information. You must have or acquire specific tools necessary for the job.Responsibilities
Pull fiber and CAT6 cable in a central utility plant.
Learn and retain new information related to cable pulling.
Utilize tools such as screwdrivers (regular and Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips (with belt sheath), pliers (needle nose and channel locks), hammer, wrench set, cable stripper, flashlight, and gloves.
Essential Skills
6+ months of cable pulling experience with CAT6 and/or fiber.
Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts.
Flexible schedule for the first month to work both day and night shifts.
Experience with wiring schematics and print reading.
