Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 3 or more years of sales experience preferred, including solution sales experience. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Understanding of software and consulting arenas. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracles competitors. Provides real-time managerial reporting on NAT programs to diagnose and improve GTM efforts in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives.

Drives data flow / data warehousing requirements in support of reporting needs.

Owns lead generation processes for Tech, OD, and BDC sales reps.

Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Specific Activities will include and expand upon:Development of agile smart segmentation to meet business needs. Identifies and incorporates new data sources that can be used at scale to deploy Smart Segmentation. Big Data AI/ML exploration for customer clustering and propensity-to-buy pattern matching.

Create new reporting on KPI metrics for NAT Business Development.

Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives, incorporating market forces and trends.

Build OAC-based reporting for NAT Business Development, taking in best practices from other organizations. Development of data flows or data warehouse requirements as needed.

Own lead generation processes for Tech, OD, and BDC reps, as well as the process and coordination with relevant tools (CEP, Customer Connect, SPTs, MQLs). Drive implementation of new processes and procedures as needed.

Engage with BD, Finance, SE, and Product Management to validate and deploy new Smart Segmentation to be used in new Sprints or Sales Plays to support Oracle’s sales methodology and programs.

Support QBR and FY Planning exercises.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Sales Ops and Marketing in an effort to drive "Source of Truth" efforts on data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Specific SkillsLeading contributor individually and able to coordinate well across diverse teams.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.

Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.

Relationship management skills strongly desired.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

BA/BS degree or equivalent, experience with SQL, Excel, and business analytics highly desirable.
