Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement processes to collect, validate, and store Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) infrastructure, process, procedure, status, and threat data. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect, validate, store, and manage NC3 data. Document requirements and support system implementation of automated data ingestion, analysis, and visualization systems. Work in cross-functional teams with application developers, cloud computing engineers, and stakeholders. Qualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience managing data in Oracle SQL back-end data stores and graphical databases (Oracle Graph or Neo4J)
- Experience with data analytics tools: Power BI, and Tableau
- Must be US Citizen
- Must have active TS/SCI Clearance
