Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager & Manager of Instal to lead our further expansion into the Lincoln, NE market. This unique role combines sales leadership with hands-on installation responsibilities, requiring a professional adept in both areas. The successful candidate will oversee a team of two sales representatives, manage installation projects, and drive the growth of our Lincoln office.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Lincoln market.
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two sales representatives focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
o Cultivate relationships with both residential and commercial clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
o Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.
Installation Management:
o Oversee and participate in the installation of custom windows, doors, and siding projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
o Conduct site assessments to provide accurate project estimates and identify potential challenges.
o Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, material procurement, and workforce allocation.
o Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all installation activities.
Operational Development:
o Establish and manage the Lincoln office, including setting up operational processes and workflows.
o Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and high performance.
o Collaborate with the corporate office to align local operations with company policies and standards.
o Represent Pinnacle Windows & Restoration at local events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the windows, doors, or siding industry.
Hands-on installation experience with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Base salary of $75,000 with performance-based incentives, offering potential earnings in the low six figures.
