Brown Immigration Law in Lincoln, NE seeks Associate Attorney(s).
Responsibilities: Core responsibility involves representing clients in immigration matters related to employment in the U.S. (and other countries where applicable). This involves performing legal research and determining the optimal immigration strategy tailored for our clients’ needs; draft, review, and file all types of Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications; advise and mentor HR Departments of startups and established businesses on best practices; lead client meetings, townhalls, presentations and proposal responses; collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to resolve complex issues. Other duties as assigned. Remote work possible, candidate will report into the firm’s headquarters in Lincoln, NE.
Education: Juris Doctor from an Accredited University (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: State Bar License in one of 50 states.
