This is a year-round, full-time travel opportunity. We climb cellular structures and perform any necessary maintenance. Climbers work in teams in order to complete all required maintenance. Our climbers are required to travel a couple weeks out at a time. Climbers travel to the location by cars rented or owned by High Maintenance and Mods. Hotel accommodations, travel, vehicle rental and equipment are all paid for by High Maintenance and Mods. A per diem of $35 per day is provided on paychecks.
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
Zero tolerance for drugs/alcohol or safety infractions
Physical ability to climb to heights of 2,000 feet
Precise measurements and accuracy on every aspect of work
Knowledge of using hand tools
Travel - leaving Omaha on Monday and returning on Fridays (some projects may go longer than a week, advance notice is given)
Can interpret measurements and mathematical interpretation accurately
Flexible - willing to adapt to change in a positive way
Valid driver's license and good driving history - must be able to be insured by corporate policy
Good attitude - maintains a positive, can-do, get it done attitude
Dependable, can be counted on as a great team player
REQUIRED (Not negotiable at all):
Must reside in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area (1 hour radius)
Valid driver license and be insurable under our company insurance policy
Experience working outside: Rain, shine, cold, snow, wind, etc.
High attention to safety
Ethical, honest, trustworthy
Add, subtract, and interpret measurements accurately
Mechanically inclined
Motivated, willing to get up and take responsibility to get work done
Communicate in English clearly - both written and spoken
