We are seeking skilled and reliable PEMB Erectors to join our construction team. You’ll play a key role in the assembly and erection of pre-engineered steel structures, including framing, siding, roofing, and trim. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in metal building systems who thrive in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and erect structural steel frames for pre-engineered metal buildings
Install metal roof and wall panels, insulation, and building accessories
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and erection manuals
Operate aerial lifts, forklifts, hand and power tools safely and effectively
Work at heights and in various outdoor conditions
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and jobsite policies
Collaborate with crew members and foremen to maintain project timelines
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience erecting PEMB or steel structures preferred
Knowledge of Pre-engineered Metal Buildings a plus
Ability to read construction drawings and follow technical instructions
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/scaffolding
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Willingness to travel occasionally for out-of-town projects (per diem provided)
Preferred Certifications (Not Required):
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
Forklift and Aerial Lift Operation Certification
Fall Protection Training

Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays based on schedule)
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours vary by project)
