Family owned and operated irrigated grain farm consisting of seed corn, commercial corn, and soybean around Fairmont NE. Our operation uses newer John Deere equipment and strive to stay at the leading edge of precision farming technology. We are seeking a full time farm hand to assist in day to day operations of the farm.
Duties Included
-Operating and maintenance of farm equipment including center pivots and irrigation motors
-Grain hauling
-Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
-Assist in all day to day operations of a row crop grain farm
-Hours per week based on season
-Basic agriculture-farming knowledge or background preferred
-Must be self motivated and have ability to work in an individual and team setting
-CDL preferred but not required
-Willing to train the right individual
-Salary of 50-60k based on experience

-After harvest bonus depending on performance
