Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team at Hub Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative dishes that highlight our fresh ingredients while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Design and prepare creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and farm-to-table philosophy.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Creativity in menu development and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
