Leveling Machine OperatorPay: $19 - $20 per hourShift: 3rd shift - Monday to FridaySchedule: 11:00 pm to 7:00 amResponsibilities Include:
The Recoiling Machine Operator is responsible for coil handling which involves removing coils from skids, loading coals to the payoff, and measuring gauge and width of the material with measuring devices.
Set up the designated recoiling machine by interpreting process sheets, setting machine parameters, and using lubrication.
Adjust and correct machine set-ups to reshape products and eliminate product defects.
Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
Read production orders, blueprints, and mill schedule to determine setup specifications, work sequences, product dimensions, and installation procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 1+ years of previous manufacturing experience preferred
Technical training is preferred but not required
Experience in a metals industrial setting preferred
Experience in use of micrometers and other precision measurement tools.
Previous Recoiling machine operating experience preferred
