As a member of the Talent Development team, the LMS Assistant will help maintain the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS), work closely with Talent Development specialists to assist in implementation of firm-wide training initiatives, and ensure technical support is provided to all employees in a timely manner. This role will collaborate on a variety of talent development programs and will meet deadlines for reporting information throughout the firm’s talent management annual cycle. This role will also work closely with employees and teams in our field services practice to ensure role-specific training requirements are met and reported on appropriately.We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE, or Omaha, NE office locations.
