The New Hire Bonus is for those applicants who apply between 1/7/19 and 6/9/19 and are successfully hired. The Bonus is paid out in 2 installments: $200 at 3 months and $300 at 6 months of employment
At The Community Supports Network, Inc. (CSN) we are seeking individuals to fill a number of Direct Support Professional positions in the Lincoln Area for our Vocational and Residential services.
We are looking for Full time or Part time eligible applicants to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral / mental health needs in their homes.
Shifts available include: days, evenings, asleep or awake overnights and weekend shifts.
CSN strives to provide the best services possible, while allowing DSPs to utilize their skills, strengths, and talents in enriching the lives of those we support.
Direct Support Professionals job duties include: Supporting/role modeling daily routine - Running individual specific programs - ensuring health and wellness -Advocacy for those we support - Community and Service networking.
Requirements : Must be 19 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent -Possess valid Drivers license and Auto Insurance -Favorable pass all background checks-reliable vehicle Must have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain trainings and certifications.
Preferred: Coursework in human services related field and one year experience supporting people with disabilities and/or mental health needs.
If successfully hired as an employee, you will be required to be able to maintain any required certifications (such as a Certified Med Aide license) or complete any required trainings through our paid-training program. Training occurs Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Applicant must be able to attend these trainings.
